Shipping

ORDER PROCESSING:

For in stock items, please allow 1-2 days to process your order.

Expect an email within that time to let you know the status your order.

NOTE:  Out of stock items may take up to 10 days to ship due to fabrication and assembly time.


SHIPPING

Once product is available, orders are generally shipped within 2-3 business days using USPS, UPS or FedEx (as selected at checkout). 

We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.



Return

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 60 days after delivery, if the item is undamaged and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at jeff@illumiwoodworks.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
